To move forward with securing your retreat and begin the detailed planning, including confirming all specific activities, we'd like to propose proceeding with a contract upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD. This deposit represents approximately 20% of the estimated total trip cost. This will allow us to finalize your bookings for hotel, guide and activity, after which we can adjust the remaining balance based on the exact activities chosen.
