- Cancellation Deadline: Free cancellation up to 8 days prior
- Rain Policy: Tours proceed even in light rain
- Eligibility:Participants must be 135cm or taller and weigh less than 100kg, and sign a participation consent form.(Rental bikes are also available for children between 120cm and 130cm tall.)

Clothing / What to bring
- What to bring We recommend comfortable clothing that you can move in, and that you don't mind getting dirty. (Sneakers and jeans are acceptable, but high heels, mini-skirts, or wide-hemmed pants are not permitted for your safety.)
- A small backpack (like a rucksack) is convenient for carrying water and a camera.
- Eyewear to protect your eyes from twigs and sunlight / Sunscreen / Camera / Sweat towel / Gloves in winter / Health insurance card (copy acceptable)
Additional Information
In the event of an accident or injury during the tour, we will provide first aid, but we cannot assume responsibility beyond that. (Our guides have completed advanced emergency life-saving training.)
- After the tour, if you wish, we can guide you to a nearby day-trip hot spring at a special price of ¥850. Please inform your guide on the day of the tour.
Participation is not permitted for individuals who are feeling unwell on the day of the tour, are pregnant, are under the influence of alcohol, or who do not follow the guide's instructions. In such cases, no tour participation fees will be refunded.
