Deposit Payment for Tailor-Made Trips

To proceed with the arrangements for your tailor-made trip, a deposit of $100 USD per person is required.

This deposit is paid to cover the planning and coordination work involved in developing your full tailor-made tour. If your trip proceeds as planned, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your journey.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the tour does not proceed to launch due to a decision to cancel the trip, change the arrangement from a full tour to only a partial tour, or make substantial changes to the original itinerary or scope of the trip that prevent us from proceeding with the planned arrangements.
