scientifically supported health benefits of nature.

[Terms and Conditions]

Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before participating in the tour. By applying, you are deemed to have agreed to the contents below.

Mandatory Items (Participation is not possible if you do not have these):

Comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking (high heels and pumps not permitted).

The mountain trail can be walked in sneakers. (White shoes are especially prone to getting dirty, so Takaone's shoe rental is recommended.)

Warm clothing (for cold seasons only, e.g., down jacket or padded jacket).

It gets coldest while waiting for the sunrise, more so than during the hike. In mid-winter, it can be around -3°C. Your body warms up while climbing the mountain trail. We recommend wearing portable warm clothing that can be put in your backpack upon reaching the summit. (Not necessary in warm seasons.)

Light (smartphone light not permitted).

A headlamp is recommended. For safety in the mountains, one light per participant is required. If you do not have one, a rental fee of US$5/item will be charged. Please confirm it is fully charged or has batteries the day before.

Backpack (a bag worn on the back) or sacoche/hands-free.

Please walk with a bag worn on your back so that both hands are free. Hand-held tote bags are not permitted. If you have minimal luggage, a sacoche or no bag is okay.

Regarding Tour Operation:
Please be aware that even on clear days, the sunrise may not be visible due to fog or haze. Please apply with this understanding. Tours can be guided even in light rain if requested.
By making a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to this guide and the following terms.
If poor weather is expected on the day of the tour, we will contact you as needed.
If our guide determines that there is a high risk of accidents or injuries in the mountains (e.g., not arriving on time for the meeting, strong signs of prior night's drinking or lack of sleep, obvious frailty, lack of necessary equipment, etc.), we cannot guide you. In such cases, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the participation fee.
